How
does the point system work? |

point equals $1.00. If you go into a restaurant and spend
$1.26, that is the amount deducted from your card's balance.

How
does the Meal Plan budget work? |
| A |
Our
6 main meal plans are only estimates. The $7 or $8 University
Meal Deal allots per meal is only to help budget the students
account. The number of meals purchased per week determines
the student's weekly budget. For example, if a student
purchases the 5 Meal Plan, the Meal Deal estimates that
you have $35-$40 a week to spend. However, students can spend
whatever they want per meal. If they spend more than $7 or $8
per meal, the meal plan won't last as long. If they spend
less than $7 or $8 per meal, the meal plan will last longer.
The Meal Plans are based on a 14-week semester. |

card is lost or stolen, what should I do? |

Click on the REPORT A LOST CARD button and fill out information so that we can cancel your old account and send you a new card. You also can call us at 877-632-5332 to report the lost card. University Meal Deal will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards not reported within 24 hours. |

forgot my PIN number, what should I do? |

To
obtain your PIN number please call University Meal Deal
during normal business hours, and after
answering a few security questions about your account,
a customer service representative will provide you with
your PIN number. |

my points carry over from semester to semester? |

Points
do transfer from semester to semester. We have also ELIMINATED the $15 semester fee so that you enjoy even more savings. |

I add points to my account, how long does it take for
the money to become active? |

Points
will be added to the card instantly if you use the automated add money feature. If you use other means to add money, they will be added within 24-48 hours. |

if I am not fully satisfied with the plan? |

Meal Deal has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are
not fully satisfied with your card, call us within 30
days of your order and we will refund your remaining account
balance. |

Tell the restaurant that they should participate in our program and then contact University Meal Deal by telephone at 877-632-5332,

to let us know which restaurant you would like added to
the plan. You can also go to the establishment and inform
them that you would appreciate it if they participated
in the University Meal Deal program. |
